I witnessed the most atrocious handling of a family and fellow employees tonight. With a nearly empty parking lot, they turned away a group because of a coupon that expired just a couple weeks ago. Sad to see such a fun venue take a turn for the worst.
Fun time at this water park with my family. Only wish we stayed at this hotel. Would have been more conv. and the staff seemed much friendlier than the hotel we stayed at.
