The indoor waterpark is fun for the kids, but the regular price is a bit high for what you get.
The rooms are spacious and homey. It smells great and it's clean as well. There is a sink outside the bathroom which is nice for people to get ready without having to wait for the bathroom to open up. The water park is fun for people of all ages. I would recommend.
I wish it was warmer in the water park area
When I called 2 days before the party the person I spoke with did not even have the correct age of my child which I had given to them previously when setting up the party. When we arrived the day of my son's party, they once again had the wrong age of my child and the total number of kids for the party which was communicated to them 2 days earlier. When it came time for the pizza and soda to be ordered I was told that I had given them specific kinds of pizza and soda flavors when I had given no such information and I was not asked about this at anytime when I had spoken to the individuals on the phone prior to the party. I was also informed I only was allotted a specific amount of pizzas and soda which was not communicated to me when I initially spoke with staff when setting up the birthday party and I had asked and was informed that "we will work with you with that" as to whatever that meant.
I am happy my son and his friends had fun for they did not know of all the headaches I had to deal with for the party to go be a hit for he and his friends. I would not recommend Cedar creek Water park to anyone for a birthday party. They need work on training their staff better and communicating more efficiently.
The head Manager Brian the day of my son's party was rude and tried to cover up for the staff and their mistakes which were many. I was very disappointed with the communication and interactions with the management at Cedar Creek. I will not be recommending this place for anyone to have a birthday party there.
My son had his birthday party at Cedar Creek Water Park and it overall went well for he and his friends had a great time, however, as for the communication from the management and individuals who run the birthday party part of Cedar Creek it is something less desirable. When I initially booked the birthday party I was not given correct information regarding what is included regarding pizza and soda.
Swimming fun for all ages! Swings in the water for the babies. Different water slides for the toddlers, elementary age, and older children. Lazy River. Pools. Food, lots of food and beverages. Arcade room. Great family fun!
