The manager of this store severely needs a vacation. On separate occassions in the last 6 months I have personally witnessed him mock customers coming in the door, slam his fist on the counter at the drive-thru window, and get visibly angry at staff for very minor things.
Excellent one of my best visits to any Arby's. Rang the bell hard.
But Arby's is sometimes what you want rather than a burger joint.
Some of the teens they hire really need to learn what is appropriate conduct while working. There have been a few with lackadaisical attitudes toward work, or outright confusion between work environment and home environment.
As my wife said, it was like the staff were the owners in the amount of pride they took in their work.
Nice staff, but they need to learn how to make the chocolate shakes.
The roast beef is cut to thick, not the shaved and piled high like it always was! Not as good.
