They greet you as you come in the door and then ask if they can help you with anything special. If you tell them you're looking for something specific, they look for it with you and if they don't have it, they offer catalogs to search through and will order it for you. If you are just browsing they leave you alone, but if they notice you looking through the display at something for more than a short time, they quickly pick up on your interest and are right there to ask what they can show you.
Extremely friendly staff, I had the pleasure of being helped by Paige. She was so incredibly helpful. With her help I learned about diamond cuts, what hearts and arrows were. I was able to pick out the perfect ring after she shared her knowalge with me! Thank you so much!!!
