There is almost always a wait for a cashier when checking out up front. As far as the pharmacy, do not EVER think you can just get your meds and go; there will always be a line or someone in front of you taking forever. However, the people working are generally nice. Most of the products are high quality and there are often sales and coupons. Good store overall.

On August 10th I pushed a cart out of the store that was loaded by shopko staff. Outside the sidewalk/parking lot is in such bad condition that the cart and I fell over when the cart got stuck in broken concrete. I had to go to the walk in immediately, and two additional follow ups so far. I was told today that it was my fault I had too much in my cart. So I called the store manager Katie and questioned her why that would be my fault for purchasing items at the store and having her employee load my cart at the checkout (water and pop). She told me that a couple people have also fallen, she was not sure which person I was. Really!! Must be more than a couple people if Katie can't remember a month ago someone getting Injured at her store!!
Always a good experience, though I don't buy anything here unless it's on sale.
Still a good store for essentials such as paper goods and cleaners in known brand names but the rest is not something I am personally interested in.
